A full-service office move consists of packing, disassembly, protection, transport, reassembly, and placement. The crew packs desk contents and shared storage into labeled containers, disassembles workstations and modular furniture, protects the building, loads the shipment, and reassembles every workstation in the new floor plan. A dedicated Commercial Project Manager is assigned to each account and serves as the single point of contact from survey through the first day back at work. Specialized work such as data-center relocation, hospitality FF&E, and long-term storage is handled by adjacent commercial moving services and folded into the same project plan.
Not every item moves on the same day, and some items do not move at all. First Class Moving Systems holds furniture, equipment, and archives in climate-controlled warehousing when a build-out runs long or a phased move requires staging. Records are inventoried and stored under managed access. Furniture and electronics the company no longer needs are decommissioned, with e-waste disposed of through certified recycling and surplus assets prepared for liquidation. This keeps the new office clear of what the business chose to leave behind.
