Sucks
Sucked. I lost over 3k in tools. Worries packing/moving service I have ever seen. What a bunch of losers and thief's.
Very unprofessional
I was expecting them to pick up my move into the apartment between 8am and 9am. They never showed up, so I decided to call, and after a while I was told that they messed up the papers, and went to another address and didn't give me any ETA of where they would pick up my move. Unacceptable!
Damage and not able to contact them
I moved 9 times from Various states , most recently from Connecticut to Florida. The Tampa office is not able to update , nor response to questions after repeatedly trying to contact them , their e mail came was return mail , phone calls to voicemail and no one calls back. I finally spoke to some only to be transfer 3 times and then put on hold again.

Military move
Having been in the Army for 10 years I’ve moved about 10 times. You never know what you’re going to get i. The move and the move I just had was the best in ten moves. They took pride in their work and as soon as they opened the truck I could tell that because they were so organized. Thank you guys!
Excellent Service!
Rick and his team were excellent. They provided top notch service and were super friendly. I’ve done other large moves and I can say this was the best so far. I appreciated the high level of communication for expectation of what was going to happen and there punctuality was very appreciated.
CA to MS move
Lucy and the team were exceptional. Great communication and everything was executed on time as committed. Our driver, Al, and his teams were efficient, professional and took care of our move with great care and integrity. This was the best moving experience we've had and this is a great team! Household move
I m really obliged for the service provided. Move was coordinated the last day of my lease and the movers picked up and delivered the same day. That was really so relieving. The ladies and gents where really efficient and polite. It was great and thank you so much for that.
Great Communication
Moving is stressful; moving to a new city with no support is even more stressful. Lucy coordinated my move and was amazing at communicating what to expect. My household goods were delayed but Lucy provided me with updates and made numerous attempts to facilitate a quicker delivery. Lucy provided the support I needed during this move and I am grateful.
