The Military Relocation Coordinator (“MRC”) will primarily focus on the coordinating and overseeing of the military household shipments from the point of initiation through delivery. You will also be responsible for providing customer service, clerical and administrative support for different departments. This position will report to the Director of Military/Government Services.

Top applicants will be skilled verbal and written communicators with excellent presentation, customer service, time management, and computer skills with experience providing support to a busy office environment.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • • Facilitate information flow and orchestrate services working directly with sales, Military bases, move managers, DSP, operations, crew members, and clients to effectively plan and implement services
  • • Receive, review, enter, and confirm project details, and service requests
  • • Manage data, spreadsheets, service agreements, and other documents as needed
  • • Document all details and communications relating to each shipment including (but not limited to) timelines, pricing, requests, changes, and shipper feedback
  • • Generate paperwork for move crews/drivers according to Military standards.
  • • Receive, review and record all completed paperwork to ensure company and government requirements have been met within a specified timeframe.
  • • Track timelines and document progress relative to established benchmarks
  • • Registering booked moves directly into multiple software platforms
  • • Handling and resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality scores
  • • Verifying authorization and arranging third-party vendors for services we do not perform such as crating, pool table disassembly, window treatment services, washer/dryer hookup, chandelier service, etc.
  • • Maintaining strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Relocation Coordinator, specifically related to prospects, customers, pricing, accounting and revenue information, etc.
